01.Which package should I choose for my contest?
In choosing your package, think about how much experience you have briefing and working with designers, and how much feedback you’ll be able to give each one. The more you put into your contest, the more you’ll get out.
02.Should I provide an explanation for my design?
We strongly recommend you provide a meaningful description to help explain your design choices to the contest holder because this can tremendously increase the positive impact and understanding of your design!
03.Can I use Wingdings or other symbol fonts in my design?
Symbol fonts cannot be used in logo, illustration or button/icon designs. They’re considered stock art (similar to Adobe brushes) and must be declared like stock in contests where stock content is allowed.
04.Who purchases stock art, the customer or designer? When?
It’s the client’s responsibility to buy any third-party elements, including any stock art. This will ensure the client has ownership of the stock art that's being used within the design they choose.
05.What kind of freelance designers do you have on your site?

06.How do I report unprofessional behavior?
